The prevention and drainage combined deformation joint structure comprises a left upper turning plate, a right upper turning plate, an upper sealing structure and a lower sealing structure, the left upper turning plate is longitudinally arranged on the floor on the left side of the deformation joint in a full-length manner; a slot is formed in one side, facing the deformation joint, of the bottom of the left upper turning plate in the longitudinal direction in a full-length manner; the right upper turning plate is longitudinally arranged on the floor on the right side of the deformation joint in a full-length manner; the upper end of the right upper turning plate exceeds the upper end of the left upper turning plate, and a folded plate is arranged on the left side surface of the exceeding part; the folding plate is positioned above the deformation joint and the left upper turning plate; the upper sealing structure comprises an upper plugging plate and an upper sealing strip; the lower sealing structure comprises a lower sealing strip and a cover plate; the lower sealing strip is arranged at the lower part of the deformation joint along the longitudinal full length; the cover plate covers the bottom of the deformation joint; a flow guide groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the inserting groove, in the deformation joint. The technical problems that in a traditional deformation joint structure, material aging or damage easily causes roof leakage and water damage, the structural attractiveness is affected, deformation is limited, and the enclosure cost is high are solved.
