A tensioning assembly used for tensioning the distance between the two prefabricated wall plates is arranged between the two prefabricated wall plates, and an outer side sealing strip formed between the two prefabricated wall plates is extruded by the prefabricated wall plates through the tensioning assembly. The invention further discloses a construction method of the fabricated wall waterproof mounting structure. The vertical splicing seam between the two prefabricated wallboards has a good waterproof effect.
