The low-energy-consumption fabricated composite floor slab comprises two prestressed ribbed floor slabs, a prefabricated concrete beam and a connecting assembly, and reserved spaces between the two prestressed ribbed floor slabs and the prefabricated concrete beam are filled with steel fiber reinforced concrete and asphalt hemp threads at intervals; the slab upper longitudinal steel bars, the slab upper distribution steel bars I, the slab upper distribution steel bars II, the end reinforcing steel bars, the slab lower longitudinal steel bars, the prestressed tendons and the polystyrene foam boards are arranged in the prestressed ribbed floor slab, and the beam inner longitudinal bars and the beam inner stirrups are arranged in the prefabricated concrete beam. The ends, where the reinforcing steel bars II and the prestressed ribs are distributed, of the slab extend into the steel fiber reinforced concrete, the polystyrene foam board is arranged at the bottom of the prestressed ribbed floor slab, and the in-beam stirrups are arranged on the peripheries of the four in-beam longitudinal ribs at equal intervals. The invention has the characteristics of high bearing capacity, light weight, good thermal insulation performance, simplicity in construction, high assembly efficiency, good anti-seismic property and the like.
