The invention discloses a construction method for installing and fixing an anti-explosion formwork rod piece. The construction method comprises the following construction steps that S1, a screw rod transversely penetrates through two formworks through holes of the formworks; s2, a fixing piece penetrates through the placement part to be placed on the screw rod; s3, the shell is installed on the screw rod, the first push plate is connected with the placement part, and the second push plate makes contact with the placement part; s4, a plug is installed, the sleeve is inflated, then a first driver is started to extend, the hook part of the pull rod with the hook penetrates through the plug to be located on the inner side of the formwork, then the first driver is started to contract, then the pull rod with the hook and the placement part are fixed through a locking piece, and a second driver is started to make a fixing piece abut against the outer side of the formwork; s5, concrete pouring; and S6, after concrete pouring is completed, the locking piece is removed, the first driver and the second driver are started to contract, the hook part extends out of the inner side of the formwork, then the shell on one side is separated from the screw, then the screw is pulled out from the other side, and separation of the anti-explosion formwork rod mounting and fixing device and the formwork is completed.
