The invention discloses an aluminum alloy template transfer device with roller coating and a control method thereof. The aluminum alloy template transfer device comprises a box body, a transfer assembly, a coating assembly, a cleaning assembly, a tensioning assembly, a power assembly, a return assembly and a sensing assembly, the box body comprises a feeding port in the bottom of the box body and a discharging port in the top of the box body, lap joint edges of strip-shaped structures are symmetrically arranged on the two opposite sides of the box body, the coating assembly comprises a coating bin and a coating roller, an opening is formed in one side of the coating bin, the coating roller is rotationally arranged at the opening of the coating bin, and at least part of the roller body extends out of the opening in the radial direction of the roller body. Cross-floor transfer of the aluminum alloy formwork can be achieved, it is guaranteed that the aluminum alloy formwork is not prone to slipping during transfer through the tensioning assembly, building residues and dirt left on the aluminum alloy formwork can be effectively removed through the arrangement of the cleaning assembly, and the aluminum alloy formwork can be returned when the aluminum alloy formwork deviates through the arrangement of the returning assembly; and various parameters of the aluminum alloy template can be conveniently obtained by the processor through the induction assembly.
