The invention provides a high-rise steel structure self-lifting folding device and an operation method.The high-rise steel structure self-lifting folding device comprises a low-rise steel structure, a high-rise steel structure, a top temporary support, a first hydraulic lifting device and a second hydraulic lifting device, the high-rise steel structure is a cambered-surface-shaped latticed shell, and the latticed shell comprises an arc top and peripheral supports on the two sides of the arc top; the peripheral support comprises a plurality of sections of support trusses, the top temporary support is fixedly mounted at the top end of a low-layer steel structure, the first hydraulic lifting device is used for lifting a high-layer steel structure to the top temporary support, the bottom of the peripheral support is hinged to the top temporary support, and the plurality of sections of support trusses of the peripheral support are mutually hinged; the supporting truss is hinged to the arc top, and the second hydraulic lifting device is used for lifting a rotating joint between the supporting truss and the arc top. According to the method, a high-rise steel structure is changed into a maneuvering structure from a statically determinate structure, the maneuvering structure is changed into the statically determinate structure after the whole is lifted in place, and the quality of the high-rise steel structure is easy to control.
本发明提供高层钢结构自提升折叠装置及操作方法,高层钢结构自提升折叠装置包括低层钢结构、高层钢结构、顶部临时支承、第一液压提升装置和第二液压提升装置,高层钢结构为一弧面形的网壳,网壳包括弧顶和弧顶两侧的周边支承,周边支承包括若干段支承桁架,顶部临时支承固定安装在低层钢结构的顶端,第一液压提升装置用于将高层钢结构提升至顶部临时支承处,周边支承的底部铰接在顶部临时支承上,周边支承的若干段支承桁架之间相互铰接,支承桁架和弧顶之间铰接,第二液压提升装置用于提升支承桁架和弧顶之间的转动节点。本发明先将高层钢结构由静定结构变成机动结构,整体提升到位后,再将机动结构变成静定结构,容易控制高层钢结构的质量。
