The middle hinge comprises a first arm and a second arm which are hinged with each other; the first arm is connected with the hinge mounting piece, and the hinge mounting piece comprises a first mounting bracket and a second mounting bracket; a first arm of each middle hinge is fixedly connected with the first mounting bracket; and the first mounting bracket is connected with the second mounting bracket in an inserting manner. The steaming oven comprises an oven body, two outer side hinges and the middle hinge assembly located between the outer side hinges. The problems that middle hinges of two doors or multiple doors on the box body are difficult to install and disassemble after sale, the parallelism of a middle hinge set of a parallel double-door structure is difficult to grasp, and interference is generated when a left door and a right door are opened and closed can be effectively solved.
