The invention relates to a turbine blade assembly tool and method, in particular to a SiC/SiC ceramic matrix composite turbine blade whole ring machining tool and method. The technical problem that when an existing SiC/SiC ceramic matrix composite turbine blade is assembled into a whole ring, the consistency of the size and the molded surface is poor is solved. The tool comprises a front face machining tool and a back face machining tool. The front face machining tool comprises a front face base, a plurality of first pressing pieces, a supporting ring and a first pressing plate. The front base is provided with a cylindrical boss; the supporting ring is arranged on the outer surface of the cylindrical boss in a sleeving mode, and the reference boss is tightly pressed through the first pressing plate and the supporting ring; the first pressing sheet is used for pressing the third boss on the front base; the back face machining tool comprises a back face base, a fastener, a second pressing plate and a plurality of second pressing pieces.
