The invention discloses a construction method for an external pipeline of a water distributor of a cooling tower. The construction method comprises the following steps: 1, constructing a cooling tower mounting foundation; 2, a plurality of cooling tower bodies are sequentially hoisted, so that the cooling tower bodies are sequentially installed on the at least two foundation wall bodies; thirdly, two supporting frames used for supporting an external pipeline of the water distributor are installed on the front side and the rear side of the cooling tower body respectively; and 4, constructing an external pipeline of the water distributor.
