The invention relates to the field of new energy automobile charging stations, in particular to an automobile remote charging and charging management system which comprises an individual user mobile terminal, an automobile management system, an intelligent parking lot, a charging terminal, a charging billing system, a master control terminal and a settlement and charging system. When the system is used, through combination of the intelligent parking lot and the charging pile, the whole process of parking, charging, billing and payment of a user is automatically completed, and related operations such as charging connection and charging payment can be remotely completed only through the mobile terminal of an individual user, so that the operation steps are simplified, the burden caused by parking and charging of a new energy vehicle user is greatly reduced, and the user experience is improved. Meanwhile, centralized management of the vehicles is facilitated; and after the vehicle is fully charged or the user side cancels charging, the intelligent parking lot controls the vehicle in the second stereo parking space to be transferred into the first stereo parking space, and the situation that the vehicle occupies the second stereo parking space after being fully charged, and consequently subsequent vehicles needing to be charged wait is prevented.
