The invention discloses a cement clinker calcining, mineralizing and melting auxiliary agent and a preparation method thereof. The cement clinker calcining, mineralizing and melting auxiliary agent is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5-10% of a first surfactant; 5-8% of a second surfactant; the third surface activity is 1-3%; 10-15% of a grinding aid; 20%-40% of a mineralization melting agent; 0.05%-3.0% of an ether emulsifier; and the balance of water. The mineralizing and melting aid can improve the dispersion degree of the raw material and grindability of the raw material, has a mineralizing effect in the clinker calcining process, reduces the eutectic point temperature of minerals, and can reduce the clinker sintering temperature to a certain extent, in addition, the mineralizing and melting aid participates in a solid-phase reaction, the generated product remarkably improves the clinker strength, and the clinker sintering temperature is reduced to a certain extent. By using the mineralizing and melting auxiliary agent disclosed by the invention, relatively good energy-saving and consumption-reducing effects can be achieved.
