The impervious concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 13 parts of bentonite, 15 to 20 parts of fly ash, 0.05 to 0.08 part of air entraining agent, 10 to 15 parts of Portland cement, 6 to 10 parts of natural river sand, 8 to 10 parts of modified basalt fiber, 0.5 to 0.7 part of thickening agent and 30 to 40 parts of mixing water, wherein the modified basalt fiber is polyacrylamide modified basalt fiber; the preparation method comprises the following steps: heating the mixing water to 60-70 DEG C, adding the weighed fly ash, bentonite, Portland cement, natural river sand and modified basalt fiber, uniformly stirring, sequentially adding the air entraining agent and the thickening agent, continuously stirring, pouring into a mold, carrying out vibration molding, demolding, and curing. The composition disclosed by the invention can be used for structural parts which are in contact with pressure water all the year round, and has the advantages of good impermeability and durability.
