Manufacturing method of autoclaved aerated concrete product and product thereof
The invention provides a manufacturing method of an autoclaved aerated concrete product and the autoclaved aerated concrete product, which comprises the following steps: by taking waste powder with the particle size of less than 0.075 mm under the last sieve of a machine-made sand production line as a siliceous raw material, preparing waste powder slurry from the waste powder; the method comprises the following steps: heating waste powder slurry to 40-60 DEG C by using high-temperature steam, adding a calcium raw material at least comprising cement and quicklime powder, heating the mixed slurry to 40-60 DEG C by using high-temperature steam, pouring, standing, pre-curing in front of a kettle, and carrying out high-temperature, high-pressure and constant-pressure steam curing to obtain the autoclaved aerated concrete product. The method has the advantages that the flocculating agent polyacrylamide doped in the waste powder can be promoted to be preliminarily degraded, so that the waste powder can be used as a siliceous raw material for manufacturing the autoclaved aerated concrete product without influencing the performance of the autoclaved aerated concrete product, and waste is turned into wealth. And on the other hand, the waste powder does not need to be additionally ground, so that energy consumption and grinding bodies are greatly saved.
本发明提供了一种蒸压加气混凝土制品的制造方法及制品,以机制砂生产线最后一道筛筛下粒径小于0.075mm的废粉料作为硅质原料,将所述废粉料制成废粉料浆,用高温蒸汽将废粉料浆加热至40~60摄氏度之后再加入至少包括水泥和生石灰粉的钙质原料,再用高温蒸汽将该混合料浆加热至40~60摄氏度,再经过浇注、静养、釜前预养、高温高压恒压蒸养的步骤制得蒸压加气混凝土制品。本发明的优点是能够促使废粉料掺有的絮凝剂聚丙烯酰胺得以初步降解,从而使得废粉料能够作为制造蒸压加气混凝土制品的硅质原料而不会影响蒸压加气混凝土制品的性能,变废为宝。另一方面,所述废粉料不需要另行研磨,大大节约了能耗和研磨体。
