High-strength ceramic-based composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a high-strength ceramic-based composite material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) taking Ti3AlC2 and ZrC ceramic powder as a solid component, taking liquid polycarbosilane as a liquid component, and uniformly mixing the solid component and the liquid component to obtain ceramic slurry; (2) impregnating a porous carbon/carbon material with the ceramic slurry, and sequentially carrying out curing and cracking to obtain a C/ZrC-SiC intermediate; (3) repeating the step (2) until the weight gain of the C/ZrC-SiC intermediate is less than 0.5%; and (4) carrying out sintering treatment on the C/ZrC-SiC intermediate prepared in the step (3) to obtain the high-strength C/ZrC-SiC composite material. The C/ZrC-SiC composite material prepared by the method has the advantages of high matrix sintering degree, high density, high strength, excellent high-temperature ablation resistance and the like, and has a wide application prospect.
本发明涉及一种高强度陶瓷基复合材料及其制备方法。所述方法包括如下步骤:(1)以Ti3AlC2和ZrC陶瓷粉体为固体组分,以液态聚碳硅烷为液体组分,将所述固体组分与液体组分混合均匀,得到陶瓷料浆;(2)利用所述陶瓷料浆浸渍多孔碳/碳材料,顺次经过固化和裂解,得到C/ZrC‑SiC中间体;(3)重复步骤(2)直至C/ZrC‑SiC中间体的增重小于0.5%;(4)将步骤(3)制得的C/ZrC‑SiC中间体进行烧结处理,得到高强度C/ZrC‑SiC复合材料。由本发明方法制得的C/ZrC‑SiC复合材料具有基体烧结程度高、致密度高、强度高且高温抗烧蚀性能优异等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。
