By arranging the motor, the partition plate, the rotating shaft, the first bevel gear, the second bevel gear, a transmission shaft, a connecting rod, a connecting column and a limiting roller, the curb body is prevented from shaking in a suspended state, and laying of the curb body is assisted; by arranging a hydraulic oil cylinder, a guide rod, an assembly plate, a first electric push rod and an extrusion plate, the two sides of the curb body are extruded and clamped, and the fixed curb body is driven to move downwards to fall to a designated position.
