The invention relates to a pier column steel bar binding jig frame which comprises a jig frame concrete foundation, an inner side jig frame which is arranged above the jig frame concrete foundation and can move in the horizontal direction, and a first outer side jig frame and a second outer side jig frame which are movably arranged on the two sides of the jig frame concrete foundation in the horizontal direction correspondingly. The jig frame concrete foundation, the inner side jig frame, the first outer side jig frame and the second outer side jig frame are all provided with placing pieces used for placing reinforcing steel bars, the moving direction of the first outer side jig frame is parallel to the moving direction of the second outer side jig frame, and the moving direction of the inner side jig frame is perpendicular to the moving direction of the first outer side jig frame.
