The invention discloses a foundation reinforcement treatment device which comprises a movable seat, wheels, a first motor, a range finder, a first fixing cover, a second straight gear, a vibration conveying device, a second motor, a first straight gear and the like. The first motor is started to drive the wheels to rotate, meanwhile, the distance measuring instrument is matched, and therefore the device can be accurately moved to the needed position, and accurate positioning and reinforcing treatment can be conducted according to design requirements; a second motor is arranged, a first straight gear and a second straight gear can drive a rotating base and a drilling and injecting device to rotate integrally, meanwhile, the telescopic movement of an oil cylinder is matched, the requirement for drilling of a drill bit in different directions and at different inclination angles can be met, and particularly the requirement for drilling of a foundation under a wall is met; by means of the vibration conveying device, slurry in the inner cavity can be conveyed into the transmission pipe through the connecting pipe and the fixing pipe, then the slurry is directly output into a gap in a foundation through the output hole in the lower portion of the transmission pipe, and the effect of grouting reinforcement in the foundation is improved.
