Vibrating immersed tube post-grouting composite pile construction method under soft stratum condition
The invention discloses a construction method of a vibration immersed tube post-grouting composite pile under a soft stratum condition. The construction method is realized through the following steps: step 1, the bearing capacity is not lower than 120Kpa after a field is leveled; 2, pile position control points are determined; thirdly, precast piles are buried; 4, pipe sinking; 5, a reinforcement cage and a grouting pipe are inserted; sixthly, concrete is poured; seventhly, water testing and plug opening are conducted on the grouting pipe; and 8, grouting and pile forming are conducted. The method is suitable for a soft bottom layer where a hole cannot be formed by a drilling machine and a cast-in-place pile with a small pipe diameter, the pile forming quality is guaranteed, meanwhile, the soil body strength of a bearing layer is improved, the safety of a foundation pit is guaranteed, or the foundation bearing capacity of a main body structure is met.
本发明公开了一种软弱地层条件下振动沉管后压浆复合桩施工工法,该工法通过以下步骤实现:步骤一:场地平整后承载力不应低于120Kpa;步骤二:确定桩位控制点;步骤三:埋设预制桩;步骤四:沉管;步骤五:插入钢筋笼与注浆管;步骤六:浇灌混凝土;步骤七:注浆管试水与开塞;步骤八:压浆及成桩。本发明适用于钻孔机机无法成孔的软弱底层,适用于管径较小的灌注桩,在保证成桩质量的同时,提高持力层土体强度,保证基坑安全性或满足主体结构地基承载力。
