Method for improving punching bearing capacity of post-repair steel pile raft
The invention discloses a method for improving punching bearing capacity of a post-repair steel pile raft in foundation reinforcement. According to the method, the punching bearing capacity of the raft plate is improved by grooving the top surface of the raft plate, embedding the profile steel shear frame and carrying out proper structural treatment. The method comprises the following steps: 1, calculating and judging whether the thickness of a raft meets the punching bearing capacity requirement considering the improvement effect of a profile steel shear frame according to the punching acting force of a steel pile; 2, after the profile steel shear frame is arranged, a punching failure surface moves outwards, and the perimeter of a designed section is calculated; 3, determining the length of an extension arm of the profile steel shear frame according to the designed section perimeter; 4, the punching bearing capacity of the new and old concrete combination surface of the groove of the profile steel shear frame is rechecked and arranged; 5, determining the section of the profile steel according to experience and construction requirements, and checking the shear bearing capacity of the profile steel, the bending moment design value of the root of the extension arm of the profile steel shear frame and the section stress of the root of the profile steel shear frame; sixthly, after the steel piles are pressed in place, grooving is conducted on the top face of the raft plate, a profile steel shear frame is installed, cut-off plate top steel bars are connected, and fine aggregate concrete is poured; and seventhly, after the concrete reaches the strength, pressure grouting is conducted through the reserved grouting holes.
本发明公开了一种用于基础加固中,提高后补钢桩筏板受冲切承载力的方法。本方法通过在筏板顶面开槽、埋入型钢剪力架并进行适当的构造处理,来提高筏板的受冲切承载力。本方法的步骤为:一、根据钢桩的冲切作用力计算判断筏板厚度是否满足考虑型钢剪力架提高作用的受冲切承载力要求;二、设置型钢剪力架后,冲切破坏面外移,计算设计截面周长;三、根据设计截面周长,确定型钢剪力架伸臂长度;四、复核布置型钢剪力架凹槽新旧混凝土结合面的受冲切承载力;五、根据经验和构造要求,确定型钢截面,验算型钢的抗剪承载力、型钢剪力架伸臂根部的弯矩设计值、型钢剪力架根部的截面应力;六、在钢桩压桩到位后,在筏板顶面开槽,安装型钢剪力架,连接切断的板顶钢筋,浇筑细石混凝土;七、混凝土达到强度后,通过预留的注浆孔压力注浆。
