The invention provides a protection method for uninterrupted flow of a rainwater box culvert crossing a foundation pit. The protection method comprises the following steps: constructing a combined well foundation pit, constructing a foundation pit enclosure structure according to the position of a steel pipe to be suspended, and constructing the combined well foundation pit on the basis of the enclosure structure; steel pipes are placed, the corresponding steel pipes are installed in the main body structure in the combined well foundation pit according to the flow, and the space above the steel pipes is constructed; after the strength of the combined well meets the requirement, an original box culvert diversion tunnel opening is broken, and meanwhile an original box culvert water flowing channel is blocked; steel pipe suspension protection is conducted, specifically, an enclosure structure of an original box culvert structure is constructed, and steel pipes in the combined well foundation pit are suspended; a box culvert is newly built at the position of the original box culvert, a box culvert structure in the foundation pit is broken, earthwork is excavated, a box culvert structure is newly built at the position of the original box culvert, a diversion tunnel opening of the original box culvert is plugged, meanwhile, plugging of a water flowing channel of the original box culvert is removed, and the suspension steel pipe is removed. According to the method, normal construction of the foundation pit support structure can be achieved on the premise that the pipelines are not subjected to bypassing and relocation.
