The device comprises a vertical rod, and two K-shaped upper beam structures and two lower chord beams are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the vertical rod in a crossed mode respectively. Each upper beam structure comprises two inclined rods and an upper chord beam, and reinforcing supports which are used for adapting to thermal expansion and cold contraction of the upper beam structures and can resist shock and dissipate energy are further arranged at the connecting joints of the vertical rods. By means of the two K-shaped upper beam structures, the truss is provided with a cross structure to achieve corner change, seismic resistance and energy dissipation are achieved through the reinforcing supports, the strength of the cross structure is improved, the reinforcing supports can adaptively rotate or incline along with uneven expansion caused by heat and contraction caused by cold of the upper chord beams and the inclined rods, and the strength of the cross structure is improved. The upper beam structure is reinforced, and meanwhile the stand columns are prevented from being damaged due to stress concentration.
