The invention provides a sound insulation type fireproof partition plate which comprises a pouring structure, a first partition plate and a second partition plate, the first partition plate is arranged at the bottom, and the second partition plate is arranged on the first partition plate and surrounds the first partition plate to form a first pouring cavity; the heat insulation layer comprises a first separation plate and a second separation plate, and the first separation plate and the second separation plate are both arranged on the first partition plate and are perpendicular to the first partition plate; a second pouring cavity is defined by the first separating plate, the second separating plate and the second partition plate. A heat insulation material is poured in the second pouring cavity; and a plurality of fine holes are formed in the first separation plate and the second separation plate and used for permeating into concrete gaps when liquid is poured into the second pouring cavity. By means of the innovative structure and material combination, the defects in the prior art are effectively overcome, the sound insulation, fireproof and heat insulation performance is further improved, and the sound insulation type fireproof partition plate better meets the requirements for safety and durability in the building field.
