The invention discloses an adjustable ceramic tile horizontal positioning and rapid paving device, which relates to the technical field of ceramic tile paving and comprises a moving box, a supporting assembly, a horizontal detection assembly, a material suction assembly and a positioning assembly. When the device is used, the laser gradienter is turned on, when a light beam irradiates between two ceramic tiles, the two laser range finders are turned on, the distance between the two ceramic tiles is detected and transmitted to the controller, the controller receives data and then displays the data through the display screen, and when the two numerical values are different, the multi-stage electric push rod is started to push the pressing plate to move downwards, so that the ceramic tiles are fixed. The multi-stage electric push rod drives the multiple rubber hammers to move downwards, under reciprocating motion of the multi-stage electric push rod, the rubber hammers continuously beat the ceramic tile downwards slightly, real-time detection is conducted through the two laser range finders, and when the detected horizontal heights are consistent, the multi-stage electric push rod is closed, so that detection of the horizontal heights of the ceramic tile is completed, and the height of the ceramic tile can be adjusted.
