The invention relates to a template-free infilled wall constructional column construction structure which comprises constructional column embedded steel bars, a prefabricated part arranged on the constructional column embedded steel bars in a sleeving mode and wall bodies built on the two sides of the prefabricated part, and the prefabricated part comprises a first hollow prefabricated frame and a second hollow prefabricated frame which are sequentially stacked in a staggered mode from bottom to top; an inner cavity of the first hollow prefabricated frame communicates with an inner cavity of the second hollow prefabricated frame to form a pouring channel, one side of the first hollow prefabricated frame and one side of the second hollow prefabricated frame are open, the outer side wall of the first hollow prefabricated frame protrudes out of the outer side wall of the second hollow prefabricated frame, and the wall body comprises a plurality of building blocks. The side wall openings of the first hollow prefabricated frame and the second hollow prefabricated frame are blocked by the building blocks; a pouring block is placed on the upper portion of the second hollow prefabricated frame located on the uppermost layer, a pouring opening communicating with the pouring channel is formed in the pouring block, and a connecting assembly is arranged between the constructional column embedded steel bars and the first hollow prefabricated frame/the second hollow prefabricated frame. The construction method has the effect of shortening the construction period of the constructional column.
