The invention discloses an industrial radiation-proof door based on composite boards and a using method thereof.The industrial radiation-proof door comprises a radiation-proof door frame and radiation-proof door planks, the inner wall of the radiation-proof door frame is provided with a set of radiation-proof door planks, the inner wall of the radiation-proof door frame is provided with a driving assembly, and the driving assembly is used for opening or closing the radiation-proof door planks. Opening and closing of the two anti-radiation door plates are adjusted through the driving assembly, the opening size of the anti-radiation door plates can be transmitted to the receiving module through the arrangement of the receiving module, the laser range finder and the laser range finding reflecting plate, then the opening size is transmitted to the PLC through the signal converter, and then the anti-radiation door plates can be monitored according to information monitored by the monitoring assembly. The opening size of the anti-radiation door plate is adjusted, the problems of power loss and radiation leakage easily caused by complete opening of the anti-radiation door during use are avoided, and the use safety is improved.
