The invention discloses an efficient cement grinding aid and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of cement assistants, the efficient cement grinding aid comprises the following raw materials: 10-20 parts of polymeric polyol, 10-15 parts of sodium tridecanoate, 4-10 parts of lignin sulfonate, 4-6 parts of sodium tetrapolypropylene benzene sulfonate, 10-15 parts of sodium sulfite, 2-10 parts of potassium sorbate, 10-15 parts of alkanolamide, and 50 parts of deionized water. According to the cement grinding aid disclosed by the invention, when the cement grinding aid is prepared, polymeric polyol is used as a main material and matched with various active aids, and the aids such as sodium tridecanoate, sodium sulfite, alkanolamide and sodium tetra (polypropylene) benzene sulfonate are added, so that the cement grinding aid has relatively good dispersity and is beneficial to flowing of cement powder; by adding potassium sorbate, the cement grinding aid has good corrosion resistance, lignin sulfonate has good dispersity, the grinding efficiency can be improved, all the raw material components are promoted to play a synergistic effect, and the adaptability of the cement grinding aid to cement is improved.
