The invention provides superfine powder special for prefabricated subway segment concrete and a preparation method of the superfine powder. The superfine powder is prepared from 5%-75% of mineral powder, 10%-50% of fly ash, 5%-25% of silica fume, 5%-10% of high-calcium stone powder, 5%-10% of gypsum, 5%-25% of microbeads, 0.3%-5% of grinding aid, 0.3%-3% of exciting agent and 0.5%-5% of powder water reducing agent. The preparation method comprises the four steps of slag grinding, fly ash grinding, ingredient grinding and centralized stirring, the industrial waste residues are physically modified and chemically modified traditionally, so that the industrial waste residues have excellent physical properties, meanwhile, reasonable grading of the microcosmic material is formed through combination of different types of materials, and the microcosmic material has good comprehensive performance. Meanwhile, a pore diameter filling effect is formed in the concrete, and the concrete has the advantages of excellent concrete compactness, improvement of the durability and penetration resistance of the concrete, reduction of the production cost of the concrete, increase of the utilization of industrial waste residues and good economic benefits.
本发明提出一种预制地铁管片混凝土专用超微粉及其制备方法,矿粉5%~75%、粉煤灰10%~50%、硅灰5%~25%、高钙石粉5%~10%、石膏5%~10%、微珠5%~25%、助磨剂0.3%~5%、激发剂0.3%~3%、粉体减水剂0.5%~5%;制备方法包括矿渣磨粉、粉煤灰磨粉、配料研磨以及集中搅拌四个步骤,本发明通过传统对工业废渣的物理改性及化学改性,使其有优秀的物理性能,同时通过不同种类材料的组合形成微观材料的合理级配,同时对混凝土内部形成孔径填充效应,具有极好的混凝土密实度,从而提高混凝土耐久性和抗渗透性能的优点,同时能够降低混凝土的生产成本,增加了工业废渣的利用,经济效益好。
