The invention discloses a UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) ground material, a gap type permeable pavement and a paving method thereof, the UHPC ground material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 32-37% of Portland cement, 20-24% of superfine fly ash, 4-8% of a shrinkage enhancer, 1-2% of bentonite, 1-2% of silica fume, 10-20% of quartz sand aggregate and 8-10% of rubber particles, the coating is prepared from, by weight, 2%-5% of nanoscale pure acrylic emulsion, 0.2%-0.4% of a retarder, 0.02%-0.05% of a water reducing agent, 1%-2% of redispersible latex powder, 1%-1.5% of polyvinyl alcohol fibers, 2%-4% of polyimide resin and 0.3%-0.4% of a waterproof agent. The UHPC ground material disclosed by the invention also has excellent crack resistance and tensile strength during thin-layer pavement, can meet the joint cutting requirement, and fills the blank of no cast-in-place gap type permeable pavement at present when being applied to the cast-in-place gap type permeable pavement.
