High-fire-resistance UHPC (Ultra High Performance Polycarbonate) and preparation process thereof
According to the high-fire-resistance UHPC and the preparation process thereof disclosed by the invention, on one hand, through doping of light components such as pottery sand, the apparent density of concrete is greatly reduced, and the purpose of light UHPC is achieved; on the other hand, the aluminate cement is used, and the fly ash, the red brick powder and other materials are used in the raw materials, so that the fire resistance, corrosion resistance and the like of the UHPC can be effectively improved; the UHPC forming mold comprises a plurality of sets of mold plates and a set of second mold plates, each mold plate is composed of a plurality of sets of mold plate units, each second mold plate is composed of a plurality of sets of second mold plate units, and a driving structure for driving each set of mold plate units to be separated from the surface of UHPC at different moments is arranged on the base, so that the tensile stress borne by the UHPC during demolding can be effectively reduced, the UHPC is effectively protected, and the service life of the UHPC is prolonged. And the release agent can be reduced or not used, so that the situation that the release agent is doped into the UHPC slurry to influence the UHPC performance is avoided.
本发明公开了一种高耐火性UHPC及其制备工艺,一方面,通过陶砂等轻质组分的掺加,大幅降低了混凝土的表观密度,达到了轻质UHPC目的;另一方面,使用铝酸盐水泥,并在原料中使用粉煤灰、红砖粉等材料,可以有效增加UHPC的耐火性以及耐腐蚀性等;UHPC成型模具包括多组模板与一组第二模板组成,模板由多组模板单元组成,第二模板由多组第二模板单元组成,且基座上设置驱动每组模板单元在不同时刻脱离UHPC表面的驱动结构,可以有效降低UHPC在脱模时受到的拉应力,对UHPC进行有效保护,又可以降低或者不使用脱模剂,避免脱模剂掺入UHPC浆料中而影响UHPC性能。
