Preparation method of gypsum-based ceramic tile adhesive material
The invention relates to a preparation method of a gypsum-based ceramic tile adhesive material. The gypsum-based ceramic tile adhesive material is prepared from the following raw materials: a gypsum-based gel material, gypsum sand, dispersible latex powder and cellulose ether, wherein the content of the gypsum-based gel material is within 40%. According to the technical scheme, compared with an existing scheme, the gypsum-based gel material is researched and developed and matched with the gypsum sand to serve as aggregate, the mixing amount of the gypsum-based gel material in the final gypsum-based ceramic tile adhesive can be controlled to be 30%-45%, and due to the fact that the gypsum-based gel material of a special formula and the gypsum sand are in a water environment, the gypsum-based ceramic tile adhesive is not prone to cracking. The aluminous and siliceous compounds in the raw materials are subjected to ceramization reaction in an alkaline environment to form an ettringite structure (AFT) and/or hydrated calcium aluminate (C-S-H), so that the compactness and the water resistance of ceramic tile glue solidified slurry are improved, and the water resistance characteristic is really achieved.
本发明涉及一种石膏基瓷砖胶材料的制备方法,所述石膏基瓷砖料材料的原料包括石膏基凝胶材料、石膏砂、可分散乳胶粉、纤维素醚;其中,所述石膏基凝胶材料的含量在40%以内。本发明的技术方案相比较现有方案,通过研发石膏基凝胶材料,配合石膏砂作为骨料,最终的石膏基瓷砖胶中的所述石膏基凝胶材料的掺量可控制在30‑45%,并且由于特殊配方的石膏基凝胶材料与石膏砂在水环境下,原料中的铝质、硅质化合物在碱性环境下发生陶瓷化反应形成钙矾石结构(AFT)和/或水化铝酸钙(C‑S‑H),提高了瓷砖胶固化浆体的密实性,耐水性,真正意义上具有了耐水特性。
