Comprising the following steps: (1) proportioning: preparing 90-92% of aggregate and 8-10% of matrix, the aggregate comprises sillimanite, andalusite, mullite and flint clay with the purity of more than 84%, and the pure sillimanite, andalusite, mullite and flint clay totally contain 44-45% of Al2O3, 52-53% of SiO2, 0.6-1.3% of Fe2O3, 0.4-0.7% of K2O, Na2O, MgO and CaO, and the balance of impurities; the matrix comprises flint clay fine powder, alumina fine powder and clay fine powder, and contains 43%-45% of Al2O3, 51%-53% of SiO2, 0.3%-0.6% of K2O + Na2O, 1.3%-1.8% of Fe2O3 and the balance of impurities; according to the present invention, the obtained brick has advantages of stable chemical property, low apparent porosity, high density, excellent corrosion resistance and excellent wear resistance in the high temperature environment, can prolong the maintenance period of the aluminum trichloride generator liner, and can improve the operation stability.
