Tunnel concrete pavement galling device
The invention discloses a tunnel concrete pavement galling device which comprises a moving device, a supporting vertical rod, a top plate, a photovoltaic panel, a storage battery pack of the photovoltaic panel, a controller assembly and a galling assembly. A plurality of movable galling rod groups are arranged in the movable galling device, when the movable galling device moves transversely, due to the fact that a gear is meshed with a toothed plate on a limiting plate assembly, the gear drives a curved bar to rotate, and two galling rods of the movable galling rod groups are shrunk and expanded in a reciprocating mode through rotation of the curved bar; when the movable galling device moves transversely, grooves pulled out of the concrete surface through the movable galling rod set are in a wavy shape, and then the binding force between a concrete layer and an asphalt layer is improved.
本发明公开了一种隧道混凝土路面拉毛装置,包括移动装置、支撑竖杆、顶板、光伏板及其蓄电池组、控制器组件和拉毛组件,通过设置了拉毛组件,通过移动控制组件对活动拉毛装置的横向移动进行控制,且在活动拉毛装置内设置了多组活动拉毛杆组,活动拉毛装置横向移动时,由于齿轮与限位板组件上的齿板的啮合,使齿轮带动曲杆进行转动,通过曲杆转动使活动拉毛杆组的两根拉毛杆之间往复收缩和扩展,活动拉毛装置横移时通过活动拉毛杆组对混凝土表面拉出的沟槽呈波浪状,进而提高混凝土层与沥青层之间的粘结力。
