The invention discloses municipal road tunnel road maintenance and reinforcement equipment which structurally comprises a handle, a charging barrel, a grouting pipeline, a movable base and a power assisting body, the handle is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the movable base, the charging barrel and the grouting pipeline are installed on the upper portion of the movable base, and the power assisting body is arranged on the lower portion of the movable base; a grouting pipeline and a power assisting body are arranged below the movable base, and when the grouting pipeline and the power assisting body move forwards along a crack opening on the movable base, the edge of the bottom of the grouting pipeline is used for winding and removing impurities in a crack at first, and the grouting pipeline is suspended on the crack in an accurate freeze-frame mode to spray cement grouting; then the assisting body is dragged to forcefully press the opening of the crack, and the cement grout is further paved and filled in the crack, so that the phenomenon that the cement grout overflows out of the crack excessively and consequently the road surface is uneven is prevented, and the cement grout is helped to efficiently fill the crack in a solid state.
