The fabricated steel-concrete composite structure bridge comprises a foundation, a steel pipe concrete pier column, a combined pier top cross beam, a steel main beam and a prefabricated bridge deck slab. The concrete-filled steel tube pier column comprises a prefabricated pier column steel shell and concrete poured in the prefabricated pier column steel shell. The combined pier top cross beam comprises a box beam of a prefabricated steel structure and concrete poured in the box beam, the end of the steel main beam and the top end of the prefabricated pier column steel shell are jointly poured in the box beam to form a fixed connection type pier beam force transmission joint, and the top face of the steel main beam and the top face of the box beam which are located on the same horizontal plane form a supporting face. The prefabricated bridge deck slab is laid on a supporting surface formed by the steel main beam and the box beam; the overall stress performance of a traditional steel-concrete combined bridge is improved, the upper assembly component and the lower assembly component are matched in quality, the hoisting weight is small, the number of on-site construction procedures is small, operation is easy, and the method can be well suitable for rapid and high-quality construction of the bridge under the condition that sites such as the mountain environment are limited.
