Prestressed anchorage device mounting device and mounting method thereof
The invention provides a prestressed anchorage device installation device. The prestressed anchorage device installation device comprises a support, a lifting track and a power device. The bracket comprises a side frame and a cross arm; the two side frames are oppositely arranged, the multiple cross arms are arranged in parallel, the cross arms are arranged between the two side frames, the two ends of each cross arm are each connected with one side frame, the heights of the side frames can be adjusted, the lengths of the cross arms can be adjusted, and the height and width of the support can be adjusted by adjusting the heights of the side frames and the lengths of the cross arms; the lifting track is a slope arc track, one end of the lifting track is connected to the top end of the support, and the other end of the lifting track extends downwards and outwards to the position tending to the same height as the bottom end of the support. The power device is arranged on the support and used for pulling the to-be-installed anchorage device to move to the top end of the support along the lifting track and to the installation position. Compared with the prior art, the installation device has the advantages that the construction efficiency is greatly improved, potential safety hazards during installation are reduced, the height and width of the support are adjustable, the use scene is expanded, disassembly and assembly are convenient, and the cost is reduced.
本发明提供了一种预应力锚具安装装置,包括支架、提升轨道及动力装置;支架包括侧架及横担;侧架包括两个,且相对设置,横担包括多个,且平行设置,横担设于两个侧架之间,横担的两端分别连接一个侧架,侧架高度可调节,横担长度可调节,通过对侧架的高度及横担的长度进行调节,可以实现对支架的高度及宽度的调节;提升轨道为坡弧形轨道,一端连接于支架的顶端,另一端向下向外延伸,并沿伸至与支架底端趋于同高度的位置;动力装置设于支架上,用于牵引待安装锚具沿提升轨道移动至支架的顶端,并至安装位置。该安装装置,与传统技术相比较,极大提高施工功效,降低安装时安全隐患,支架高度及宽度的可调节性,扩大了使用场景,拆装方便降低成本。
