Fabricated slidable support structure for super-large-span steel box bent cap construction
The invention discloses an assembly type slidable support structure for construction of a super-large-span steel box cover beam. The assembly support structure is an integral slidable support, and two rails are arranged on the bottom supporting structure and on the inner side of a steel pipe in the direction perpendicular to a bent cap, so that the support can be hoisted and transferred to the next working condition after sliding outwards as a whole. Each support bottom supporting structure is composed of profile steel and a steel plate. The structure is used for construction of the super-long and super-large-span prestressed steel box concrete cover beam, the steel box cover beam is transported, hoisted and assembled in a segmented mode, the problems that the butt joint construction of the super-large-span steel box cover beam, the support dismounting process is tedious, and the construction space is insufficient are solved, and the structure is suitable for different heights due to the adoption of an assembly type structure; and the sliding device is arranged, so that dismounting and overall hoisting to the next part are facilitated, repeated use is achieved, the safety risk during bracket dismounting is guaranteed, and meanwhile the construction efficiency is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种超大跨径钢箱盖梁施工装配式可滑移支架结构,其特征在于;拼装支架结构设置为整体式可滑移支架,底部支撑结构上,钢管内侧垂直盖梁方向设置两根轨道,以便于支架整体向外滑移后吊装转运至下一工况;每个支架底部支撑结构由型钢和钢板组成。此结构用于超长超大跨径预应力钢箱混凝土盖梁施工中,钢箱盖梁分段运输、吊装、拼装,解决了超大跨径钢箱盖梁对接施工,支架拆卸过程繁琐、施工空间不足等问题,此结构采用装配式结构适应不同高度,设置可滑移装置便于拆卸及整体吊运至下一部位,重复使用,不仅保障了支架拆除时安全风险,同时有效提升了施工效率。
