The invention discloses a fat groove supporting retaining wall structure utilizing an existing underground structure and a fat groove backfilling method, the fat groove supporting retaining wall structure comprises two overlapped walls, the two overlapped walls comprise multiple layers of unit wallboards overlapped together, post-pouring spaces are formed between the two opposite sides of the unit wallboards and a supporting structure of a deep foundation pit and between the two opposite sides of the unit wallboards and the underground structure of the deep foundation pit respectively, the two opposite sides of the unit wallboards are anchored in the outer walls of the supporting structure and the underground structure through embedded steel bars correspondingly, and bearing plates are formed at the bottoms of the unit wallboards. The cast-in-place concrete is poured in the post-pouring space and wraps the embedded steel bars; the tie assembly comprises a plurality of stay cables and a counter-force beam, a plurality of reserved holes are formed in the unit wallboards, the stay cables penetrate through the reserved holes, the counter-force beam abuts against the outer sides of the unit wallboards, one ends of the stay cables are connected to the counter-force beam, and the other ends of the stay cables extend to the inner sides of the unit wallboards and are connected to the supporting structure. The method solves the problems that a fertilizer groove needs to be backfilled in advance during procedure interpenetration, and the construction period is affected due to long backfilling construction time of the whole fertilizer groove.
