Bridge underwater pile foundation automatic detection device
The invention discloses a bridge underwater pile foundation automatic detection device which adopts a double-layer structure arrangement mode and comprises an upper bearing and lifting layer and a lower scanning detection layer, the two layers of structures are both in a hollow circular ring shape and surround the periphery of a bridge underwater pile foundation needing to be detected, and the inner diameter of a circular ring is larger than the outer diameter of the pile foundation; the bearing and lifting layer is anchored on the overwater part of a bridge underwater pile foundation needing to be detected, bears the whole weight of the whole device and drives the scanning detection layer to vertically ascend and descend along the axis of the pile foundation, and the scanning detection layer can vertically ascend and descend along the axis of a pier column and can automatically and tightly hold the surface of the pile foundation after ascending and descending to the measuring height. Vibration or displacement of the device under the action of water flow is avoided; when the scanning detection layer stays at the measurement height, the scanning detection layer can horizontally rotate around the surface of the pile foundation, and dead-angle-free detection of the surface of the pile foundation within the height range is achieved.
本发明公开了一种桥梁水下桩基自动检测装置,采用双层结构布置方式,包括上方的承重与升降层和下方的扫描检测层组成,上述两层结构均为中空圆环形状,环绕在需要进行检测的桥梁水下桩基的四周,且圆环内径大于桩基外径;所述承重与升降层锚固在需要进行检测的桥梁水下桩基的水上部分,承担整套装置的全部重量,并驱动扫描检测层沿桩基轴线上下升降,所述扫描检测层可以沿着墩柱轴线上下升降,当升降到测量高度后,可以自动抱紧桩基表面,避免装置在水流作用下发生振动或位移;当扫描检测层停留于测量高度时,可以环绕桩基表面水平旋转,实现该高度范围内桩基表面无死角探测。
