The invention provides an indoor large-area wall face brick pasting construction method and device, and the method comprises the steps: uniformly fixing vertical main keels on a masonry wall at certain intervals according to the layout of wall face bricks, and additionally installing the vertical main keels on the two sides of a door and window opening; transverse secondary keels which are evenly distributed are additionally installed between the bottom of the masonry wall and the vertical main keels above the common height, face bricks are pasted from the bottom of the masonry wall to the top of the masonry wall in a row-by-row mode, and the face bricks are sequentially bonded to the vertical main keels through engineering glue below the common height. Cement mortar is filled among the face bricks, the vertical main keels and the masonry wall, and the face bricks are sequentially bonded on the vertical main keels through engineering glue above the common height. The keel material can be used for construction of indoor wall light face bricks, the keel material is high in strength, the keel material can be well suitable for masonry wall decoration construction by combining engineering adhesive bonding and cement mortar filling, complex accessories are not needed, and construction is easy.
