The invention discloses a door and window installation joint filling device which comprises a shell, a spraying center distance adjusting assembly, a constant pressure adjusting assembly and a spraying triggering assembly, and the spraying center distance adjusting assembly is used for automatically adjusting the spraying position of a foaming tank spraying head according to the distance between a wall surface and a frame body; the constant-pressure adjusting assembly is used for adjusting the initial pressing force of the foaming tank nozzle so as to keep the pressing force of the foaming tank nozzle constant; and the injection triggering assembly is used for controlling the foaming tank nozzle to inject a foaming agent to the to-be-filled door and window gap. Therefore, the device can be applied to a door and window installation process and a process of filling a gap between a door and window frame body and a wall surface, pressing force can be continuously and stably applied to the foaming gun, hand fatigue is effectively relieved, the labor burden of workers is relieved, and the overall operation time is effectively shortened by increasing the single-operation gap filling time and reducing the operation frequency; and stable joint filling efficiency is ensured.
