Autoclaved aerated block arc-shaped wall masonry construction process
The invention discloses a masonry construction process for an autoclaved aerated block arc-shaped wall. Comprising the following steps that S1, the arc radius and the arc side length of an arc wall and the size of an autoclaved aerated block are determined according to a drawing; s2, the outer arc length, the inner arc length, the outer circle radius and the inner circle radius of the arc-shaped wall are calculated according to a drawing; s3, calculating the number of autoclaved aerated blocks; s4, each autoclaved aerated block is tangent to the arc point of the outer arc length, and the outer arc length is cut into a polygon infinitely similar to a circle; s5, determining angles of two sides of the polygon, namely the angle between two adjacent autoclaved aerated blocks; s6, typesetting is conducted according to the angle between the two autoclaved aerated blocks; and S7, the arc-shaped wall is built on the construction site according to the layout map and the angle between the two autoclaved aerated blocks. According to the method, masonry construction is conducted according to the angle between every two adjacent autoclaved aerated blocks, the radian and the arc of a formed wall body are round after the arc wall is built, the construction quality is guaranteed, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种蒸压加气块弧形墙砌筑施工工艺。包括如下步骤:S1、根据图纸确定弧形墙的弧形半径、弧形边长和蒸压加气块的尺寸;S2、根据图纸计算出弧形墙的外弧长、内弧长、外圆半径和内圆半径;S3、计算蒸压加气块的数量;S4、利用每块蒸压加气块与外弧长的圆弧点相切,将外弧长切出一个无限近似圆的多边形;S5、确定多边形两边的角度,即为相邻两块蒸压加气块之间的角度;S6、根据两块蒸压加气块之间的角度进行排版;S7、根据排版图和两块蒸压加气块之间的角度在施工现场进行弧形墙的砌筑。本发明根据相邻两块蒸压加气块之间的角度进行砌筑施工,弧形墙砌筑完毕后成形墙体的弧度和弧形圆润,保证施工质量,提高施工效率。
