A plurality of inserting pin rods capable of being rotatably opened and closed are arranged on the side positioning frames, when the lifting roller shutter descends and is closed, the longitudinal rotating rods on the two sides can be driven by the driving module to rotate in the direction of the lifting roller shutter, and the transverse opening and closing columns are driven to rotate; when the lifting roller shutter needs to be opened, the transverse opening and closing column drives the inserting pin rod to be inserted into an inserting positioning hole in the side portion of the lifting roller shutter, so that positioning of the lifting roller shutter is achieved, and the stability of the lifting roller shutter is greatly improved; the inserting pin rod is separated from the inserting positioning hole in the side part of the lifting roller shutter, so that an unlocking function is realized, the lifting roller shutter is convenient to lift and open, and the use is convenient.
