The invention discloses a port defense device, an assembling method of the port defense device and a modular folding door, the modular folding door comprises a pivot joint column, at least four floating parts, four stand columns and four door assemblies, the four stand columns are arranged around the pivot joint column in an array mode, and the four door assemblies are arranged around the pivot joint column. The inner side of each door assembly is connected to different directions of the pivoting column in a deformable mode, the outer side of each door assembly is connected to the four stand columns in a deformable mode, and at least one floating part is arranged above each door assembly. The stand columns of the adjacent modular folding doors are installed mutually so as to be used for assembling the port defense device.
