Hardened body using slag and method for producing hardened body
Provided is a hardened body which is produced using, as a material, a slag containing free MgO, such as a steelmaking slag, said hardened body being suppressed in volume expansion due to a hydration reaction by free MgO, and having an increase in early strength. A hardened body using slag according to the present invention is produced by solidifying the mixture using slag containing free MgO, and in the hardened body, the amount of slag containing free MgO is 2720 kg/m3 or less per unit, the amount of blast furnace slag fine powder is 250-800 kg/m3, the amount of slaked lime is 12-160 kg/m3, and the amount of the slag containing free MgO is 10-30 kg/m3. The unit amount of the boron-containing substance is 0.5 kg/m3 or more and 4.0 kg/m3 or less in terms of B2O3.
本发明提供将炼钢炉渣等含有游离MgO的炉渣作为材料而制造的硬化体,所述硬化体抑制了由基于游离MgO的水合反应所导致的体积膨胀,并且在早期强度增大。本发明的利用了炉渣的硬化体是使利用了含有游离MgO的炉渣的上述混合物凝固而制造的硬化体,在上述硬化体中,含有游离MgO的炉渣的单位量为2720kg/m3以下,高炉炉渣微粉末的单位量为250kg/m3以上且800kg/m3以下,消石灰的单位量为12kg/m3以上且160kg/m3以下,含硼物质的单位量以B2O3换算计为0.5kg/m3以上且4.0kg/m3以下。
