An assembling and welding method for a welded cable clamp and the cable clamp are characterized in that firstly, an inner ring supporting tool is welded in a barrel to obtain a tool barrel, then first transverse rib plates are symmetrically welded outside the tool barrel at intervals in a layered mode, the welding faces of the first transverse rib plates are double-face symmetrical slopes, then longitudinal rib lifting lugs are symmetrically welded outside the tool barrel, and second transverse rib plates are welded outside the tool barrel in a layered mode; second transverse rib plates are asymmetrically welded between every two adjacent first transverse rib plates in a layered mode, the welding faces of the second transverse rib plates are double-face asymmetrical grooves, supporting shoulder plates are welded to the two sides of the top faces and the two sides of the bottom faces of the first transverse rib plates and the second transverse rib plates, lifting lug flange rings are welded to the longitudinal rib lifting lugs, a tool cable clamp is obtained, and finally the tool cable clamp is subjected to annealing treatment and cutting. The inner ring supporting tool is removed, and a cable clamp finished product is obtained; in the application, the welding sequence is reasonably arranged, the rib plates are alternately welded at intervals, and proper grooves are formed in the rib plates for layered welding, so that the deformation during welding is effectively reduced. Therefore, according to the design, the welding quality is high, and the welding process is reasonable.
一种焊接式索夹的装焊方法及索夹,首先在筒体内焊接内环支撑工装,获得工装筒体,然后在工装筒体外间隔对称分层焊接第一横筋板,其焊面为双面对称坡,接着在工装筒体外对称焊接纵筋吊耳,接着在两两相邻的第一横筋板之间非对称分层焊接第二横筋板,其焊面为双面非对称坡口,然后在第一、第二横筋板的顶面与底面两侧焊接支撑肩板,并在纵筋吊耳上装焊吊耳法兰环,获得工装索夹,最后对工装索夹进行退火处理、切割,刨除内环支撑工装,获得索夹成品;在应用中,通过合理安排装焊顺序,交替间隔焊接筋板,并对筋板开合适的坡口进行分层焊接,有效减小了焊接时的变形。因此,本设计不仅焊接质量较高,而且焊接工艺较为合理。
