The invention discloses basalt fiber reinforced concrete and a basalt composite pipe pile. The basalt fiber reinforced concrete comprises 0.5-5 parts by weight of a fiber reinforced material, 25-40 parts by weight of cement, 0.5-4 parts by weight of silicon powder, 10-25 parts by weight of a mineral admixture, 15-30 parts by weight of aggregate, 15-25 parts by weight of water and 0.1-1.5 parts by weight of an additive, and the fiber reinforced material is basalt fibers. The concrete has good anti-permeability performance and high tensile strength, and when the concrete is used for preparing the pipe pile, the corrosion resistance and the mechanical property of the pipe pile can be improved.
本发明公开了玄武岩纤维增强混凝土及玄武岩复合管桩。该玄武岩纤维增强混凝土包括:0.5~5重量份的纤维增强材料、25~40重量份的水泥、0.5~4重量份的硅粉、10~25重量份的矿物掺合料、15~30重量份的骨料、15~25重量份的水和0.1~1.5重量份的外加剂,其中,纤维增强材料为玄武岩纤维。该混凝土具有较好的抗渗性能和较高的抗拉强度,用于制备管桩时,有利于提高管桩的耐腐蚀性能和力学性能。
