The invention provides reinforced porcelain and a preparation method thereof, the preparation method comprises the following steps: taking 60%-70% by mass of Baoxi porcelain clay, 20%-30% by mass of Maleic clay, 8%-12% by mass of Inner Mongolia potash feldspar, 12%-17% by mass of spherical alumina and 0.1%-1% by mass of knar clay as blanks, mixing the blanks, and then carrying out ball milling, dehydration, vacuum pugging, aging and molding to obtain a green body; after the green body is dried and coated with the glaze layer, the green body is fired at the highest firing temperature of 1310-1330 DEG C for 8-9 hours. The reinforced porcelain prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention only needs to be fired once in a reducing atmosphere, the firing temperature range is wide, the process is simple, and the cost and the firing time are saved. The reinforced porcelain fired by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high wear resistance, high breaking strength, low water absorption rate and high thermal shock resistance, and can be quickly cooled for three times at 200-20 DEG C without cracking.
本发明提供一种强化瓷及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括,以质量份数为60%‑70%宝溪瓷土、20%‑30%马来土、8%‑12%内蒙钾长石、12%‑17%球形氧化铝、0.1%‑1%紫木节为坯料,将所述坯料混合后经球磨、脱水、真空练泥、陈腐、成型后得到生坯,所述生坯干燥施以釉层后,经最高烧成温度1310℃‑1330℃,烧制时间为8‑9h烧制。采用本发明提供的制备方法制备的强化瓷,只需在还原气氛下一次烧成,烧成温度范围宽,工艺简单,节约成本和烧制时间。采用本发明的制备方法烧制的强化瓷,具有高耐磨性、抗折强度高,吸水率低,热震性高,可在200‑20℃三次急冷不裂。
