High-temperature composite material lining body and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-temperature composite material lining body which comprises 50-70 parts of mullite ceramsite aggregate, 5-35 parts of high-alumina fly ash, 5-25 parts of an additive and 1-6 parts of a binding agent. The raw materials are mixed in a wet mill and then processed and formed to obtain the high-temperature-resistant material lining body. Drying the high-temperature-resistant material lining body, then coating on a working surface, and drying to obtain a high-temperature-resistant material precursor; and sintering the high-temperature-resistant material precursor in a kiln to obtain the high-temperature-resistant material. According to the high-temperature-resistant material provided by the invention, some industrial solid wastes in an area can be utilized, so that the prepared lining body for the coating has proper strength, matched high-temperature expansion and shrinkage and good heat preservation and heat insulation performance, thereby realizing relatively good use value and economic value.
本发明公开了一种高温复合材料衬体,包括:莫来石质陶粒骨料50份‑70份,高铝粉煤灰5份‑35份,添加剂5份‑25份,结合剂1份‑6份。将以上原料在湿碾机中混炼,然后加工成型,得耐高温材料衬体;耐高温材料衬体进行干燥,然后在工作面涂层,并烘干,得耐高温材料前体;将耐高温材料前体在窑炉中进行烧成,即得。本发明提供的耐高温材料,可使得区域内一些工业固废得以利用,使得制备的涂层用衬体具有合适的强度、相匹配的高温膨胀收缩,良好的保温隔热性能,从而实现较好的使用价值和经济价值。
