The invention discloses a self-repairing wear-resistant plastic refractory for a converter lining. The self-repairing wear-resistant plastic refractory comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 20-30% of dolomite sand, 25-35% of fused magnesia, 5-10% of silicon carbide micro powder, 10-15% of a binding agent, 1-3% of a plasticizer, 2-5% of a self-repairing agent and the balance of sintered magnesia, wherein the self-repairing agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20-30 parts of magnesite clinker, 1-5 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 1-5 parts of tung oil, 1-10 parts of phenolic resin, 1-3 parts of melamine and 6-8 parts of ethanol; the preparation method of the plastic refractory comprises the following steps: S1, ball milling and screening; s2, heat treatment; s3, mixing; according to the plastic refractory disclosed by the invention, several main materials are subjected to grading treatment according to particle sizes, so that the obtained plastic refractory not only has excellent wear resistance, but also has a self-repairing function when cracks appear by adding the self-repairing agent, and the performance of the plastic refractory is further improved.
