The invention provides a constant counterforce sliding shoe which comprises a sliding shoe base, a transverse guide oil cylinder is arranged on the sliding shoe base, a vertical adjusting oil cylinder is arranged on the transverse guide oil cylinder, an oil cylinder top seat is arranged on the vertical adjusting oil cylinder, and the sliding shoe base is further connected with a hydraulic clamp holder. In the sliding construction process, it can be guaranteed that the vertical counter force of all the sliding shoes is equal, the construction problems that in the sliding process, due to elastic deformation of a sliding support, uneven settlement and other factors, the sliding shoes are disengaged or uneven stress of all the sliding shoes is caused are effectively solved, and it is guaranteed that the counter force of all the sliding shoes is balanced in the pushing process; and the device has great popularization value in later pushing and sliding construction.
